

At one time there were 221,145 concrete war bunkers dug into the ground all over Albania. These days many have been knocked down, or turned into restaurants or, as in this case, a museum, detailing the modern, and sometimes bloody, history of Albania. It was built for Albania's political elite in the 1970s and remained a secret for much of its existence.
